Typically, it is something like:

Friday

START at 4-5pm: all students sign in, gather, pitch, eat, form teams based on idea interest, work together in your team room

END at 10pm or later (team choice)

Saturday

START at 8am: all students gather, workshop, team work time, mentors visiting rooms, lunch, dinner, workshop, more team time

END at 10pm or later (team choice)

Sunday

START at 8am: team slides due 9:30am, preliminary judging rounds 10am, brunch, all students gather, final teams announced and pitch 12-1:30pm, prizes, clean up

END by 2pm
